All Naturos (ABN 13 636 578 937) is a maison of natural perfumery composed on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you join Le Cercle we collect your given name, family name and email address, and — if you choose to offer them — your mobile number, country and the expressions that interest you. We also record the date, time and network address of your consent, and the page from which it was given, so that we may evidence your permission under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

When you place an order we collect the details required to fulfil and invoice it. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

To write to you about the unveiling and subsequent maison news, to grant first right of purchase to members of Le Cercle, and to fulfil orders and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Consent is never assumed, never pre-ticked and never bundled with a purchase. Every message we send identifies us and carries a functional unsubscribe link. You may withdraw at any time and we will cease sending marketing within five working days.

We disclose personal information only to the service providers who help us operate — our email delivery, hosting and payment partners — and only so far as is necessary. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, through our contact page. We respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
